Jacole Sound

I would stay away from Jonathan and his company. I hired him to fix my home entertainment system. First he was very professional and on time. But here are the chain of events: 1. He first installed an Onkyo Receiver, that stopped working within a week. Fortunately he came back for it and provided us with an interim Sony receiver since he did not have another Onkyo in stock, and said he will come back with the Onkyo once he gets it in stock. Since then we have been chasing him for over a month to come back - and he first gave us a day and time and did not show up and now he has stopped responding to our texts and requests. 2. We bought 5 new speakers from him, which he installed. But he comes back the next day with speakers that someone else had discarded, trying to convince us to replace our new speakers with someone else's discarded speakers. Do not hire him or his company.

The individual is doing business as Jacole Sound and BD Home Automation. The addresses listed on the invoice were 15 Tyler Dr and 179 Tyler Dr, Willingboro, NJ. The email address used was pastorjdale@gmail.com I trusted him with a large project that was never fully completed. It has now been nearly a month and he still has not delivered approximately $2,500 worth of equipment I paid for, including a Sonos Arc, a home theater projector screen, and a motorized mantel mount. After receiving the money, he began making repeated excuses for the delays, including claiming he had been in an accident--an explanation I later learned he had used previously with other customers. He later claimed he had the equipment in his possession over a week ago and promised delivery on two separate occasions, neither of which occurred. He has now stated that he will refund me $2,000, which contradicts his earlier claims and indicates that he was not truthful about having the equipment in his possession.

Very professional, fast and did a great job in my two bedrooms. I canâ t wait for them to come back to mount my living room room tv and fireplace.

Excellent work; also found that a problem we thought existed was, in fac, not a problem, and saved us $$.
