I was very impressed with the team of Eric and TJ that came out to my house for the replace and install. They removed all of my old tile and tub and had to redo the pipe work because we moved the location of my tub. They explained everything going on and cleaned everything up when they were finished. The end results were even better than I expected! I am so impressed at the service and the quality of the end results.

My installers called first, arrived promptly. They were polite and mannerly. Worked hard, consistently and efficiently. They explained what they were doing, and then explained how to work everything. They cleaned everything up before leaving. Great Job!

The salesman, Gabriel Hamlin , and the installers, Xavier Miles and Keyshawn, could not have done a better job. Explanation of service was clear and concise. Gabriel helped us through the process of making decisions of design and pricing. Then the very next day our old unsafe tub was replaced by a beautiful and safe shower. Xavier and Keyshawn made sure they did no damage , that the job was done perfectly and that all our questions were answered before they left. With a lifetime warranty Jacuzzi stands behind their product. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
