The men that worked on the project Thomas, Russel and Xavier did an excellent job. They were professional while being personable and pleasant to have in my home. They worked diligently to make sure things were covered during the construction process and cleaned up after the project was completed. In addition they made sure the design pattern on the walls matched so it looked perfect. They asked me any questions regarding the project to insure it was done according to my specific needs and preferences. A job well done.

We had our shower installed by Elias and Sergio, with support from Daren, and they were WONDERFUL! They handled a challenge very professionally, had to stay late to complete it and the final product was AMAZING! We have already referred our neighbors since they loved our shower with the sliding door.

The installers, Elias and Sergio, were professional and arrived when they said they would. They reviewed the project with us before they began. They stayed until the job was finished and completed in one day as advertised. They reviewed the completed job with us before they left. They did a great job, and we are very happy with our new Jacuzzi walk in shower. It is beautiful! They did a great job of cleaning up when the job was completed.

The project was handled extremely well even with unexpected problems that Elias, Sergio, and Daren encountered. They kept me advised throughout the time they were here and asked for my input when needed. They improvised and successfully finished in the same day even though they had to stay for a total of 15 hours. Their professionalism was greatly appreciated.

Mike,Erik, and Ronnie were great! Showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept me informed about their progress and arranged the shower to my wishes. Cleanup was great. Also, Swan did an excellent job of advising me about the process and selling me on JACUZZI!!

The customer support team contacted me regularly to keep me posted of progress and for any questions or concerns. The team who installed the shower were great and professional. They included me in many steps along the installation and answered all my questions. Very happy with the nstall and the shower is beautiful.

They did an excellent job replacing my Bath Tub to a New Showers. The worked from 7:30 am and was done by 7 pm, they cleanup as they worked, they went over every details to make sure that everything are working properly as it should. The crew of 2 was very knowledgeable, trust worthy, very polite, good work ethics, and care very much for their work. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a bathroom upgrades. The finished work was beautiful and everything works as we ordered with highest quality.
