We are fully insured and bonded and offer financing options, as well as cash payment options. We provide professional roof and home inspections for real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, title companies, lenders, insurance documentation, and homeowners preparing to buy or sell a property. These inspections are separate from repair estimates and include a thorough evaluation of the roof's condition. Professional repair estimates are available by appointment. Estimate fees are $75 within Lubbock and $150 outside of Lubbock. If you hire Jadds Roofing & Complete Restoration to complete your project, your estimate fee will be credited toward the cost of your repair or replacement.
