Alex is very patient and allowed us to really understand the product and service we were purchasing. Window coverings can be surprisingly expensive. At no point did we feel Alex pushed us in anyway or did a hard sales. Instead he provided us pros and cons at every step and gave us the time to make the right decision. In fact we went from only doing the downstairs to doing the entire house.
