John was extremely friendly and helpful. The company he worked with provided me with a new storm window at a seemingly good price. Quality of the product is questionable...the caulking of the seal is very poorly laid and runs into the window at a spot that is .25 to .5 inches. That may explain the price. So I'll talk to John about his supplier. But again, he was very friendly and reasonable.

Good work and responded quickly to my reqeust. I ordered the tempered glass (since I don't want another golf ball coming thru this window) which took a couple of extra days to get - but I'm sure will be worth the wait. Anywhere else would not have offered it as an option (since it would eliminate repeat business).

The owner of the company called to let me know he was on his way and the two men arrived at the time I was told. They did a great job and finished the project fast. They also cleaned up all the broken glass I can not say enough about the quality of work that was done. Thanks so much
