Jaisun Hilliard

He is absolutely wonderful. He made a special trip, outside of his regular hours to help me. I had been without heat for 5 days. He was able to find a fuse which is no longer made. His quotes were reasonable and his work is excellent. He has a Facebook page which shows several examples of his work.

Jaisun is wonderful. He handled EVERY ASPECT of a complicated replacement to our meter box on our older home. This included making arrangements with our service provider and with the necessary inspectors. He was also quite kind to me when I was nervous about the electrical issue. I'm very, very happy we found him when we needed him!

Work performed- 13 can lights with dimmer switches. Price was extremely fair and work was completed in a timely fashion. The best thing was you couldnâ  t even tell they where here. All remnants of the work performed was cleaned up. Prior communication and estimating was punctual. I highly recommend this company for future work.

Jaisun (and his co-workers) do excellent and honest work. I'm probably a tougher than usual customer; I have high expectations and don't hesitate to call it like I see it if someone isn't doing professional work or is trying to needlessly up-sell you on unnecessary upgrades. With that said, I was very impressed by Hilliard Electric. We needed some work done after a home inspection on a house for sale, and he was very helpful in explaining what is required and why, and what should be done to fix it. Some of what the inspector said was not quite right, and instead of treating the inspector's report as a blank check to do unnecessary work, he clarified what was and wasn't up to code, and only did what was necessary. I would definitely recommend Hilliard Electric over the big companies that you see more often. There's a big difference when the guy who is doing the work owns the business and has his reputation on the line, vs when a big company with dozens of electricians sends someone out who might not even like or care about his employer.

Answered my call almost immediately. Was on time did excellent work. Took extra care with keeping my furniture safe and cleaned up the job sight better than any contractor I have ever employed. I would call him for any electrical work.

Installed 2 ceiling fans and switched out four overhead lights for me. Arrived promptly, super nice and professional, good communication, very knowledgeable. Pricing was very fair and up front. Answered all of my questions. Will definitely use him again for any electrical need/issue.

Through the Home Depot Pro program, I was able to get multiple quotes from various electricians. Quotes were done over text message pictures with markups detailing how wiring would run. Hilliard Electric was 50% to 25% of the price compared to 3 other quotes received. Not only Jaisun and his crewman do excellent work, they took the time to explain how things were run. great job on installing two 20A circuits to my basement from the garage. I will use him again and recommend him highly.

THIS MAN CHECKED EVERYTHING. WE HAD 3 OUTLETS THAT DID NOT HAVE POWER. WE ALSO HAD 2 LIGHT SWITCHES THAT WORKED ONLY PART OF THE TIME. HE WAS VERY KIND AND NICE, I WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

Jaisun customer service is exemplary.....he provided great coaching, shared knowledge freely and understood home DIY need to develop elec skills!

We've hired him for two jobs now. Last summer when we bought our first home he came out and upgraded our electrical box and wiring. And this summer we had him install a fan in our living room. Jaisun is prompt, and does a very good job. He definitely knows his stuff, and his prices are very reasonable. I'm in a wheelchair and he put a remote control in the fan so I can control it without needing long chains that hang in the way. We will definitely be using him again if we need any more electrical work done. I highly recommend hiring Jaisun if you need work done.
