From start to finish, the members of the Jakari team that I came into contact with were very friendly and supportive. Our area of VA recently went through a period of time with several days of rain. My home is older and has a double window in the dining room that started leaking. I Googled and found their # and called. Nicole was on the other end of the line. She jumped into action and had one of her lead managers head my way the next day. Lukas arrived on time and assessed the issue and gave me multiple options and $ amounts. We scheduled an appointment for a few days later to have the work done. As another rain system made its way into our area and I had a concern my windows would leak again and this time do damage before the scheduled appointment, I called back asking if Lukas could come by a day earlier. He was able to shift his schedule and swing by to make the repair before heading home after a long day. In doing this, the fix was in place and working! It has been raining for two straight days and not one drop off water has come in. I don’t normally put reviews out here online. This was worth it. If you have any issues or want to upgrade roofing/siding/windows/gutters, give this company a shot. At least let them come out and give you a free estimate. It will give you something to compare to and you might even give them a chance!

A Jakari technician did an assessment visit to inspect and record damage to our gable siding. He explained why he was there and gave us a time frame for repairs. Well within his estimate he an another technician repaired our problems, took additional pictures, cleaned up all waste and we are all weather tight again. The staff respected us and our home and it was a pleasure doing business with them and the office.
