Owner of the company sent two guys to install my LVP floors and they had never installed floors before. The guys he sent over did such a horrible job, owner did not charge me for the floors and said he personally would come back and make this right for me. After three months of trying to get him to come back, he finally texted me to let me know he could come on a Saturday and then decided to ask me for $ for fuel so he could come fix my floors. I am very disappointed in this company and also with Home Advisor for not screening their companies better.

"My name is John. Jacob Griffin the owner of Jake & Son Construction, LLC. I tried everything possible to make this right for this lady I did send a new sub contractor to do this project for me and they did mess up the floors in few places and it was not to my satisfaction and how we do business so I did not charge this lady one cent and the project cost me over $3000 I fired the subs that done this job immediately and the reason I didn't fix the lady's floor my self was Cause she wanted entire floor redone for free after I didn't charge her at all I made repeated attempts to fix it but she refused to pay me for the work"

Jake was very professional and he and his team did a great job replacing my deck boards. There were some challenging cuts, but he took the time to make sure everything was correctly done. I would hire him again.

Jake is very friendly and knowledgeable. He is happy to answer any and all questions you have and if something is not possible will tell you and try to help find a solution that you will like. He is very thorough in making sure the job is not only complete but meets/exceeds your personal standards and expectations. He is reliable and honest and makes sure you are happy with the quality of work. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him.

Jake was very prompt in responding, coming out to the job site and delivering a very competitive bid. He started the job on time, helped with creative ideas and, lived up to his word and went the extra mile while demonstrating a great attitud. He was absolutely driven to make sure we got a project that gave us everything beyond our exspectations. If you are faced with the choice of having to wait a little while to get joke or use another contractor? WAIT!!!!
