I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT JAKE! HE DEMO AND REBUILT TWO DECKS. ALWAYS ON TIME THE ONLY TIME HE TAKES A BREAK IS LUNCH! HE IS ONE IF YOU HIRE HIM, YOU WILL LIKE HIM, HE'S THAT GOOD AND A HARD WORKER! I'VE WORKED WITH MANY CONTRACTORS THAT I WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.

It was a pleasure working with Jake. He was always on time for appointments. A rarity in my experience with contractors. His work ethic was solid as he completed the job on time and budget. The job was to break down a patio gazebo frame. Then assemble and install a new gazebo and furniture. He took down the old gazebo frame and bundled it. He took all the frame pieces, furniture and gazebo shipping boxes to the curb for city pickup the next day. I will hire again.

I would 110% recommend Jake to anybody that needs work done. I was in a really bad place and needed their help FAST! He made me feel like I was his number 1 priority. He made it over in less than an hour, and had everything completed within 6 hours of my initial phone call! He knew I was up against a wall and didn't have many other options. But he still gave me a very fair normal rate for the work and did a fantastic job! Great and friendly with the wife and kids too! Absolutely not a single bad thing to say. Fast polite honest, good quality, and fair.

Jake's work was highly professional and very ethical

Jake and co-worker were able to do the job with short notice; they removed an old tile floor and installed hardy backer subfloor. They cleaned up the mess and removed all traces of the previous floor efficiently. However, sledge hammer damage to the surrounding wall left large holes in plaster wall to be repaired, and dirty fingerprints and a lot of marks on the freshly painted walls.

Went very well, made my closet much stronger. Time will tell Good work.
