Excellent from start to finish. Shingles blew off my grandmother's roof in the storm just before Christmas and water was coming inside the house. Jalbert was the first company I called because they are local and I could not have been happier. They went out of their way during the holidays to get new roof on her house with a lifetime guarantee. Brian and his crew worked through the snow, cold, and dark to give my grandmother's house a beautiful new roof she will never have to worry about again. They normally don't do roofs this time of year but made an exception due to the circumstances. Excellent, prompt communication throughout, great company all around.

Recently purchased my 1st home and it needed siding repairs and a serious painting ( 30 years of different colored flaking paint). After trying to contact multiple contractors in the lakes region and being stood up multiple times, Brain responded timely. He reviewed the work and sent an estimate within a couple days of responding. They stayed true to the timeline and budget. Within a few of days of starting the project his crew transformed the exterior of the home. The crew was top notch, friendly, responsive, and organized. If I need any exterior work done in the future on my home I will be contacting them again.

Hired Jalbert Construction to replace premature failed IKO shingles installed 2006. Brian recommended Certainteed, assuring that it is a much better shingle and they stand behind their product. Started and finished the job as promised, quality workmanship, professional installers and great cleanup after. Brian & Dana supervised their crew and answered all of my questions. I did recommend Jalbert Contracting to my neighbor (had the same IKO product) and Brian was hired.

Crew knew exactly what to do, cleaned up well, and used appropriate care and safety. Brian oversaw operation and interacted with home owner. Material shortages delayed start time a couple of weeks, but all worked out in the end. Not the least expensive option, but appears to be a quality project.

Very prompt communication. Came in completed the project in 1 day. Left my yard cleaner then when they showed up. They did find some bad plywood, but they able to replace and keep going. It was of course extra cost, but not their fault.

I've known Brian a long time. He started his thriving business with just a rake.There's many reasons why he has come so far and is so successful. That's because he's extremely intelligent, knows his products and is a very friendly guy. His ambition, passion and stride for perfection of his work are what drives his company. While working for Brian there has been many instances where he's done more than the scope of work to help customers out, actually it's like that with every job he does. There has been times where he donated materials and labor to build handicap ramps for veterans that couldn't afford them. If I get calls for jobs that are too large or complex for me I tell them to call Jalbert contracting. I trust Brian and his work so much that I had my mother call him for repairs when I wasn't available to do them myself. Some people envy Brian but he's worked hard and deserves everything he has, like i said he literally started his business with a rake. Once you meet Brian you will instantly feel you can trust him. Infact once you meet Brian you will never call anyone else and you will feel like he's part of your family.
