We are undergoing a whole house remodel and in the middle our 20 yr old AC system died. Jamco came out the next day to inspect our unit and provide and quote and it was installed the following day. We had a great experience w Jamco, they were very reasonably priced, completed all of the work above and beyond what was expected of them and did not charge additional money for the few additional tasks that needed to be done with our install. I was extremely happy with the service and the guarantee that goes along with Jamco's work and highly recommend you consider them for your next AC prject.

After submitting info online about my broken A/C, I recieved a call within 3min. It took about 3 hrs for him to arrive but he was already working on another house and arrived with replacement parts on Sunday when I couldn't get anyone else to come out without charging me an arm and a leg. Took 15 min for the repair. Thanks Jose!!

Good, quality, fast work.

Showed up, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the contacts on the outdoor A/C unit. When we had issues with our A/C shutting off again the day after, he came back right away and cleaned and serviced the unit for free.

Knowledgeable but poor quality product. Not thorough during AC inspection.

I hired him to trouble shoot furnace issue, he did get it correct. it was a gas valve issue. he had problems gettign part. I had to go with another hvac company for installation. i did hire him to clean and service unit after the installation of gas valve, he top a little money off the top because he felt bad in not getting me the gas valve. work, analyst and truth worthy was well worth the priced paid.

found the problem with my heat pump quickly, unfortunately couldnt afford to fix it at that time...

Jose is such a life saver. My refrigerator completely broke down, and as soon as I put my info on service magic he called me right away. And not only that, but he repaired it the next day. Jose price was very much on budget and Most of all he is very friendly. Jose is out there not because of Money but, for the Customer satisfaction as it means a lot to him. JAMCO is superb! We found out our AC wasn't working when we came in from work. We saw that JAMCO was in our area and read the great reviews so we gave them a try. We got a call back within minutes. Jose, the company owner said he lived in the area and since he was coming in from work he would come back out and check out our problem. He arrived within 15 minutes. He immediately identified the problem and discussed solutions. We originally considered just getting a new unit but decided to go with the fix for now. He was quite knowledgable and informative and understanding. He ordered the part for the fix and we were back under AC the next day!

Called first thing in the morning and told me when he would arrive. Was on time. He was going to have his helper do the job but helper got tied up at another job so he stayed and did it himself instead of making me wait. Polite, courteous and fast. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Showed up with very short notice on a saturday. Extremely nice, friendly, fast, and reasonable. The best part is that they actually answered the phone, no answering service to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service! I mean really great customer service. Job and quote was completed as stated.

They were knowledgeable about testing for a leak in the wall, which we did not have. Many other companies told us we did and wanted to run new copper lines, very expensive. Other companies wanted to change the ductwork in the attic. Another expense. Jose assured us that with the new unit we would feel much cooler. The house is only 12 years old and the unit has had issues for the past 10 years. We had estimates from 7 other companies before we decided. Jamco did an excellent job. They were very careful going up and down the stairs and even laid down mats to catch any debris. Rheem 15 SEER with a 10 year warranty, 2 years labor for $3870.00.

Jose called within about 40 seconds of the request. He was busy, but had his cousin come out within the hour to come and fix my problem. The first problem I had was the price. I got a quote while the work was being done from another Pro for $200, $100 LESS than I was quoted for by Jose. 2 weeks later, I had the same exact issue as before, except this time it was from a leak that they somehow didn't see. Within another 2 weeks, my freon was all but gone and we called Jose back out. He was an hour late & refilled it, and charged a TON for the labor. Didn't even offer to fix the leak and left! Now I've got a leak & no money left to fix it!
