I hired them for cleaning our carpets for our Airbnb rental house in Pocono. Very nice people, friendly and professionals. They even went beyond the purpose of the visit and shared from their short term rental experiences. I will call them again for cleaning and most likely for a deep cleaning soon.

Miss Jamelle is very reliable, honest and very professional. Iâ ve been working with her company for the past year, she does the cleaning for our vacation home, she does a good job and offer suggestions to improve our rental service. She is also the first contact to our guests, she is available 24/7 and never had a problem, on the opposite she is very collaborative and polite to them. I highly recommend her.

They are incredible went above and beyond my expectations. They have already came back a second time and I'm planning on having them do a monthly cleaning for me if they can fit me in they are extremely booked up. That should speak for itself. Love ya guys

When we originally hired this company for a deep clean and carpet cleaning for our new house , the owner seemed to be so sweet and informed us how we would be so happy with our services . Now mind you, we were moving from out of state , so unfortunately when we paid her we didnt get a chance to see the condition of the house ourselves , instead we went based off of photos that were sent to us of a few things . When we finally got to the house a few days later , we were extremely upset by the deep cleaning job that was done. Tho the inside of the refrigerator looked much better , minus the old milk under the glass , the outside of it was disgusting, included the water and ice maker , the cabinets were cleaned on the inside but the outside especially by the door knobs had a yellow grease like film on them, the floors upstairs were so dirty my 1 year olds feet were BLACK from walking on them , the downstairs didn t seemed to have been cleaned what so ever , the downstairs bedroom and living room floors were sticky and gross, the downstairs bathroom still had a garbage can from the previous owners that was filled with lint from their dryer as its a half bath/ laundry room. Now I will say the carpets looked good , the inside of the cabinets were clean as well as the upstairs bathroom looked good. But the reasoning I even decided to write this review is based off the unprofessional response I got from the owner when I wrote to her that I was very unhappy about the expensive deep cleaning service we received . I received a text back stating are you kidding me to which then she resent the photos she originally took, which were the inside of the fridge, the bathroom , the inside of the cabinets and the carpets which again is what I said were the only things that were actually properly cleaned . She then sent me a photo of an old ice pack and some crumbs from the fridge as if that was going to make up for the fact that the rest of the house wasnt properly cleaned . She proceeded to basically tell me how it was better then it was when she got there and as far as the garbage can that was there when we got there my dear . So we paid $450 and had to RECLEAN majority of the house ... needless to say when she offered to come back and reclean I just stopped answering as her unprofessionalism was just too much . I do hair for a living and would NEVER tell a client who is unhappy with my services you look better than you did when you came in or yah that long patch of hair was there when you got here . What a joke , anyways , we definitely got taken advantage of in this situation, so if youre like us and are going to put your faith in a stranger be careful with this company .

Jameelas cleaning service are thorough and pat attention to detail. They're also very communicative wich is very important since I live so far from my rental that she cleans.
