We recently moved to our new home and had no record of a survey recorded with the town. Our neighbor had stated that he had no clue where our boundary line was and decided on a spot that he "believed" was it; This made me curious. I contacted Jim's office and spoke with his wonderful wife, Becky. She immediately got us a fair quote and an estimated timetable. Jim diligently did his research and was able to stakeout boundary lines and corners around our property. By the end of the survey, we ended up with significantly more property than originally thought; some of which was being encroached upon. A map was provided to us, and upon request, Jim speedily made a map for us on Mylar paper as well. Thanks to Jim we can now build a fence around our property, giving us privacy and a place for kids to play safely.

I needed a survey of my property in anticipation of erecting a fence. Given the small size of my property, the price seemed high, but was comparable to other surveyors. It took some time to get on Mr. Dennison's schedule as he is in demand, but once the date was scheduled, the work was done efficiently and thoroughly.
