James has been unbelievably disappointing and a total waste of our time. I contacted him on Feb. 12 (we had used him in the past and were very pleased.) I wrote him a 5 star review in fact. However, this time he just jerked us around. After 2 weeks of texts, he finally said he would come over. turns out that was just to look at the job. He said he would be in contact to me to let me know when he would come. I did not hear back. so I waited two more weeks and I contacted and said if he could not do this, I could find someone else. He dragged replying to keep us on the limb and said it would be in May, 6 weeks away. Two and a half months after my initial contact. I again said I could get someone else if he was too busy. No, he could do it. He did not give a date. I wrote back in two more weeks and he said he would do it on May 22. This was on April 22. We decided to wait for him. So today, he had not shown up and I texted him at ? continued.

If I could give James a 10, I would. He installed a new tracking system with brighter lights for my art studio, a new light fixture with a brighter light for my bathroom and a front door security camera doorbell. Just amazingly sincere and very eager to please. You can just tell that he is a good all -round guy. I had hired 3 separate contractors for other jobs this summer and he is the ONLY one who showed up on time AND on the day he said he would and who completed the job to a high standard. Itâ s too bad he cannot clone himself so he can do plumbing, contracting, tile work and so on. Thank you very much. James.

James is the unique electrician who will take on small projects. We were very happy with his work. He is knowledgeable and methodical in his approach. We can recommend him without reservation.

James answered promptly looked at our punch list from purchasing a home of all the things that needed to be repaired and spent the whole day doing it, was quite professional friendly thorough and actually found a few things not detected in the home inspection. I would recommend James to anyone needing electrical work call him first, thanks again, James! - Christopher
