When I put in my request in HomeAdvisor; I was contacted by James immediately. I missed his call but we were able to text and I sent a picture of the issue and he was able to get me a quote and they had someone over within 3 hours of me first reaching out. The guys that changed out the garage spring were very respectful and they did a beautiful job replacing the garage spring. I wish I could give them a 10 star out of 5 if I could. took them only 30 mins to have my garage door working again.

The guy came to my house immediately when I needed service. I called the other guy but he told me that he couldn't come because it's holiday weekend. It's understandable but this guy came right away. He explained to me how much the cost will be. And it was reasonable. He was wearing a clean uniform. He did his job professionally. I am very happy and I would hire him again.

James is great--no hard sell, completely responsive to what I wanted. Great products, great installation. He also rewired the pushbutton opener so it is closer to the house door because he wanted it more convenient for me. He was a little later than I expected, but called to let me know what was going on. I am COMPLETELY satisfied with this company, and would use them again!

I had the hinges on my garage door break. Call The Garage door guy after call others. No one could come in other then the next week. GDG said he could come next day around 2:30. He gave a good quote over the phone after sending some pictures of the damage. He arrived the next day , He called to say he could be there earlier which worked out great. He came , fixed everything in quickly. Good price, Nice guy, very professional. I'm not a review writer buy this guy lives up to his reviews I will use him again and recommend him to family and friends.

I obtained several bids. Some were very expensive and others were not available. Of the ones left, The Garage Door Guy was in the reasonable range and James impressed me. They were very professional, worked quickly, cleaned up after they were finished and hauled the old doors and tracks away. Very high quality work. I would definitely recommend them.
