This has been the worst experience I've had with a home repair person.

hasn't started work on time or answered repeated phone calls about job status . I am out of $5,000.00. I have not heard from him in over two months. I have lost two months rent in my home, which cost me an additional $2,200.00.

James could not provide the service he spoke of during our initial interview for the job. He took over twice as long as he stated to complete 60% of the work. I decided to pursue another contractor to finish the job so I could be sure it would get done in a timely manner.

I was VERY pleased with the entire process of finding,contacting,and getting a high quality job done.These people are the BEST!!!

James and his workers did a fantastic job. They were polite,helpful, honest and stuck to the budget we had agreed upon. I would not hesitate to use this fine company again.
