About us
Cleaner carpets. Less water. About a one-hour dry time. Oxi Fresh is locally owned and serves homes and businesses throughout Tampa Bay. Our carpet cleaning process is different from traditional steam cleaning. We use an oxygen-powered, low-moisture system that uses up to 95% less water, helping carpets dry in about one hour. We clean more than carpet, too, including upholstery, area rugs, tile & grout, commercial carpet, pet stains and odors, and carpet protectant. Have a stubborn stain or flooring that’s seen better days? We’ll give you a realistic assessment and explain what we recommend before getting started. We believe good service should be simple: show up when we say we will, communicate clearly, treat your home with care, and do great work. The work was exceptional! My carpets were stained and dirty and once they finished, my carpets looked like the day I moved in to my home! For sure will be recommending and contacting again in the future!

I feel the need to edit my review after 24 hours. They did show up on time, the tech was really nice and cleaned my sofa, chair & 2 area rugs. When I requested the quote I sent photos of 1 of the rugs since its an unusual texture, they said no problem. When they showed up, I was told he can't clean that rug because it's white (multicolor) but he'll spot clean it. He did clean 1 of the 2 spots, I just cleaned the other. I was told the sofa/chair would be dry in a few hours, they're still damp 18 hrs later, still have cat hair on them, one cushion still has a small mess on it that I just cleaned off myself & they have a residue feel to them. Not sure what happened but I definitely overpaid and the results aren't as good as I've had with other companies in the past.

They did a beautiful job. Carpets look like new. I have been a customer of this company since its inception and it is so nice to learn their commitment to customer service is the same as when Michael’s brother used to take care of my carpets. Techs were courteous, respectful of property.

Terrible experience...Appointment set up at 1:30 pm. Technician calls and then texts with no apology, just an ETA at 2 pm nine minutes prior to the appointment time! Not acceptable! Eventually spoke with the tech who spoke in a very arrogant, condescending, rude manner with still no apology!I called the customer service number for the owner to return my call. Mike, the owner, called back. However, he spoke also in a rude, condescending manner, with the audacity of telling me I needed to be more flexible with their schedule! Don't waste your money and/or time on these non-professional idiots!
