This past summer, my wife and I decided to paint the entire interior of our house, including the ceilings. I asked for bids via the Home Advisor website and was given three recommendations. Dale Stetson was one of the first painters to call me back. We scheduled an appointment for him to come and look at our house. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. He was very upfront with me and explained that his crews stayed very busy during the summer with exterior work and he would not be able to start until the rainy season began (October). That was fine with us as we expected that. I received a formal written bid via email the following morning. I got two other bids for comparison and the other bids were considerably higher and I was not impressed with the people who represented the other paint companies. One guy just looked around the house and blurted out a number and did not offer a formal bid. The other guy came out to our house and measured everything, but we didn’t get a bid from him until about a week later. I called many other painters in town and most of them did not even return my phone call. So Stetson painting became our obvious choice. As October arrived and the rain started, Dale Stetson called me and scheduled us to get started. He said it would probably take four days to complete. His crew of Dave, Cindy, Justin, and Andrew arrived promptly when they said they would. They graciously worked around my 90 year-old father in-law and made sure they painted his entire room and bathroom in one day so we didn’t have to keep moving his furniture around. They were very clean and careful throughout the job. They finished in three days and did an amazing job. My wife and I were extremely satisfied with the quality of work and how polite and professional all the painters were. I hope we don’t have to paint anymore anytime soon, but if we do, Stetson painting will be our first call. Thanks again Dale, Dave, Cindy, Justin, and Andrew!
