We hired Mr. Davis after requesting quotes. They came to our home the next day and had the driveway done in 2 days. It is a long steep driveway and we are very happy with the install. JD Pavin Shannon came to my house for estimate. He is very punctual and friendly. He patiently explains everything and answers all my questions. I never met any contractor who would promptly return all calls and text like what Shannon does! Shannon keeps his words! I am surprisingly impressed! The cost is very reasonable compare to other bids. When the work begins, the owner James explains everything to me in detail and work with other workers the whole time. My houses sits on a steep hill, it is very hard to maneuver the digger up and down the muddy slippery hill, they had to hand dig and prepare the area for paving! It was raining and they are soaking wet and nobody complains! They did a wonderful job!! Update: the pavement only last a year before it became crumbly and fall apart . I had to fill the holes. I need to redo the pavement next year. I would definitely recommend them and go back to them again if I need more paving done!

Did poor work.

They did a great job on my uphill 50 year old concrete driveway which was cracked, eroded and especially gouged at the bottom. They asphalted right over it. Now it's smooth and even. It looks terrific!

He left a mess in neighbor's yard and all over the road and he said they were going to put 6 to 8 inches down but they only put 2 inches maybe. He was also very rude to my wife and I'm not happy at all with his service nor his customers service!

James showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. He also quickly responded to a question I had a couple weeks after the project was complete. James was very professional.

No middlemen or sales people provided by company. No frills, but low cost and honest people!

They were punctual and did more than I asked for. JD had a solution to a wet-weather stream in my asphalt that I was unaware of. He is apprised of the latest technology and gave me a better job than was bid.

Contractor collected money for work that is incomplete and will not give me a confirmed date that he will come back to correct an issue with the work. Contractor is prioritizing new jobs over the repairs that need to be done to my work. Also the contractor would not accept my valid credit card even though his site states that he will.

2nd review: This is a case of having to change a review. First job James Davis did was fine as I wrote. Second job was a tremendous disappointment. Overcharged for what little was done on my driveway. Terribly disappointed. Would NOT hire him again. 1st review: James Davis is a man of his word. He comes when he says, does a neat and clean job of asphalting main part of my dirt driveway. Price was fair and I will call him again.

Jim was very easy to talk to I told him what I needed he gave me some ideas and the job came out great. He was very professional and on time . I would use him again.

I had asphalt installed on a large driveway and walkways. Jim, the owner, gave me Great solutions for a few areas that had existing issues and he was on the job with his team. Very Professional.

Jim gave good, sound advice and a reasonable quote. My wife and I discussed it and decided to hire him. He and his crew started our project within a couple of hours and finished it in a few hours. Good, experienced crew and Jim did a great job and it looks terrific.
