James Earl Contracting, LLC

He started out very nice. He came over to my house almost immediately after I talked with him and I was having issues with another contractor because they took a really long time to give me an estimate. So I got to talk with him, James Earl, to come over and I contracted with him then he wanted a little bit more than half down so I ended up giving him $15,500. I gave him a little bit more money and he seemed very likable. And he gave me an estimate but he didnt tell me when he could start the work. I met him once the other time and I talked and I have all these emails. And he called me in September and said that he is having a lot of trouble and that he wont be able to get the job done until December and then I said okay, but I want it done by Christmas. On December 1st, I got a note and he said I was in a car accident, I hit my neck and I wont be able to do the job. And he said I am assembling the money that you paid to me and giving it back to you but it took me December 1st to the 19th to get my money back. He should have had that money. I was able to get my money as he gave a cashier's check for $15000 but he never gave the $500 of that money that I paid him and never gave a reason why he did not give me the $500. And he never returned the cabinet door that he was going to use to copy. And he never told me any reason why he never gave me the $500 and there was nothing on the paperwork and his bills that if you cancel . there is a charge or another like that, and I did cancel, he did

James and his crew did a excellent job in putting in new flooring and a new window in my bathroom, They also painted 5 rooms for me as well .Did a excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. They painted my carport for me as well and did small repairs out there. One of the best bunch of guys that I have ever worked around. Very polite and respectful.

James Earl construction is a very busy firm , you might have to wait a while. We are still in the project hit a couple snags, but James worked them out to everybody’s benefit. The snags were no fault of the construction company. Work looks really good. I’ll send you before and after pictures when we get to the after. The crew is friendly and thoughtful and they clean up after themselves. I found their pricing to be reasonable.

He knows what he is doing. He is extremely conscientious about his work. He wants you to be completely satisfied & it to be as perfect as possible. He supervises his crew closely.
