He spent an entire day, fixed one problem and created another problem that he could not fix. He never came back to address the new problem after the second visit. In addition, the original problem recurred in 6 weeks time and has cost me several hundred dollars to repair. I paid him both times he came and now have a new electrician fixing the original problem plus the several problems Mr. James caused. Hot wires connected to ground wires, a bad outlet, the list goes on. The repairs are not done yet, but I am sure it is going to be in excess of 500.00. I would NEVER recommend him!!!

"if this the person i think it was . the thing was screwed up to begin with. hot wires to hot wires . i did not do that . and dont know whats what when you ask them a question. i might have been there all day . but i didnt charge them less than $100."

He changed an electrical switch and it doesn't work now. Called twice. He won't return my calls.

"if i have not called this customer. it is because they didn't leave a message . so i can call them back . to fix the problem. I always tripple check to make sure that everything works before i leave. and have the customer check it also before i leave to make sure it works"

I was VERY pleased with James' electrical work. My project(s) were not of the easiest kind. Which included a new ceiling fan with new junction box that meant James working in very hot conditions and cramped space in my attic plus the fact that there is insulation everywhere. James is very knowledgeable and gets the job done right the first time.
