James and his assistant were friendly, professional, experienced, answered all my questions, honest and did an excellent job in 1 hour. They also checked the water pressure and took the time to try and find the necessary PRV valve, which I didn't have. I'm very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

The guys showed up about 25 min late. I explained the job over the phone. They it wouldn't cost as much as $375.00 if it would take long. Then when they got to the job they pulled out the cheapest part you can buy at Lowes "$50 plastic top water regulator" told me that it was the best one. Then took them 25 minutes. It still was $375..00. I wonder what they think is a sort time. If I had know this I would have done it my self !!!!

Neal asked us to proceed the PRV installed was a series LFN45B-M1 features lead-free Construction to comply with LED free installation suitable for water pressures up to 400 PSI and is solid brass Construction James Ford Plumbing is surprised with mr. Neal's reaction prv was considerably more than $50 thank you James Ford"

Tankless Water Heater - Install
James and his associate did a great job installing my new Rinnai water heater. They were very knowledgeable with the heater and were very happy to help me with all my concerns about changing water eater types. James was also very helpful with follow up help we needed learning our new Rinnai tankless water heater. Thanks James Ford Plumbing for the great install.

James called from his vacation just to make sure that we were ok. I had made an appointment with another plumber but they never showed. James called us again when he returned home to check on us. We hired james and received excellent customer service and are extremely happy with his work. Glad we have found our new go to Plumber!
