James called me the same day I requested service and showed up on time on 10/31. He tested the switch that wasn't working and was able to install just the one dimmer switch as opposed to changing out the entire 4 gang panel. He saved me considerable money and everything is working great. Fantastic experience!

They arrived when they said they would. Several outdoor fixtures were repaired and replaced and a bathroom fan was replaced. They were careful working inside and outside the house, they made sure everything worked properly.

Jim is reliable, prompt and professional. Within minutes of placing my request on the Home Advisor site Jim gave me a response telephone call. He came to do the job that very evening. As it turned out, Jim , even had the correct timing switch to get my outlet and filter going again, Jim noticed a small job on his way out and did it as a throw in. I would hire Jim for any electric repair or installation in a heartbeat. I highly recommend Jim.

After looking at the problem, he got the materials he needed and explained exactly what he would be doing, why that would be the best way to solve the problem, and how long it would take. I was impressed with his professionalism and asked him to update an outlet I had planned on doing eventually. He did it in just a few minutes and tested all of the outlets in the room. He was pleasant, friendly and professional. If I were not moving, I would definitely use his services again.
