Got the job done!

James was very proffesional and did a great job!

He's a nice guy, but his head is just not in the game. He said before the job he'd go around and clean and check all the gutters. This was never done. He installed downspouts on the front of the house and left a big gap between them and the house which looked dumb. I asked him to fix it, he fixed one but not the other. One morning he was going to be there by 8:30, I finally went to work at 9:30 because I had to, without ever seeing him. He's not bad, just average for contractors which is not saying much.

Mr Gray Came out and sealed the leak. After a hard rain the roof is still leaking. Called him 4-5 times but he won't return my calls.

Jim and his crew did a wonderful job installing our new downspouts. We have an old house and high, difficult spots to get to near the gutters. They made them look like they were original to the house.

Mr Gray showed up at the exact time he said he would, corrected the pitch of the sagging gutter and cleared a clog in the downspout. He cleaned all the gutters and offered to return if there were further problems with overflowing. His price was reasonable. We'll see how it does at the next heavy rain, and I will update my review.

James fixed our gutters. He did a wonderful job and even showed up a little early. He did an excellent job. His price was more than fair and he was very kind. I would definitely recommend him to any friends or family.

Mr. Gray arrived early for his appointment. He repaired my roof leak by caulking over the nails in the roof vent for $50. The project took less than 15 minutes.
