James was wonderful to work with. The other people we talked to just tried to convince us to buy what they wanted to sell. James listened to what WE wanted, and offered his insight and knowledge, with definite respect for our opinion and questions. The project was completed well in a very timely manner. Straight forward and honest as to what the options were in getting some water damage on the roof on our garage repaired. The quality of the work his professional attitude was the reason we also had him take care of a second job redoing the rather sloppy work done on our front steps by the original contractor! Got both jobs done quickly and at a reasonable price.

James Horn put on a new roof and rain gutters for us. He and his crew were prompt, efficient and professional. James was very easy to work with and is probably the most sincerely customer focused contractor we have ever used. He worked patiently with us on color choices and some adjustments we asked for. He even made some minor repairs unrelated to the roof. We would not hesitate to call James Horn again, and highly recommend them

Very pleased with Jame's work ethic, value and honesty. He is knowledgable and friendly as well. He valued my time and actually showed up early! Knowledgeable in his profession, he hopped up on my roof and took pictures of what he figured was causing my issues. Than took the time to show me and explain. We contracted James Horn to address issues with our gutters. He was hands on from the very first visit. He assessed what needed to be done and showed me examples of the issues. I needed new gutters, drip edge, and a lot of fascia replaced. He went above and beyond to ensure that not only my gutters got replaced, but the roof line of my house was sealed and free from open invitation to squirrels etc...
