I recently hired Ken Meissner and his son to perform a plethora of home improvements ranging from painting, to power washing, woodwork, hardware replacements, minor roof repairs, and more. I cannot say enough positive things about James Island Home Services and recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a super reasonable price. Ken and his son are great people for starters- neighbors that you can feel great about supporting! Their work is remarkable and I will be hiring them for future jobs- it is never-ending as a homeowner! I love supporting local businesses!

I feel like he's very honest and if you ask for his opinion, he's fair with his pricing, does small jobs or larger jobs. Been very pleased with him!!
