The repairman, Nick, called to advise when they would arrive. They were right on time. Very efficient, quick and professional. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. They were in and out in a little over an hour for the hot water heater replacement.

They came out within the hour of the call. Did excellent work, cleaned up the area. Absolutely great service

Fantastic - Of all the Plumbing Co's We have ever called or used they are the best. Our Hot Water Heater went out, got on Home Advisor - Nic returned my call in minutes. I have him info, He ask for serial number quoted price, said they could be out in 2 hours or less. Called me back told me our Water Heater was under Warranty. Then told me a much less reduced labor cost. Nick & sorry I did get the other's man's name came out. Replaced old W.H., it was full of rust. They did a Fantastic Job. If I could rate higher than Five Stars I sure would. And they will be referred to friends, and should We need them again. They will be the only Plumber We call. Frankly, the best experience with any repair/installation Company I have ever had in 57 Years of owning homes. Thank You Nick to You and Your Awesome Young Man working with You. James K Hafke Plumbing replaced a hot water heater for me. I thought that the professional did a good job on the service overall.

James K Hafke Plumbing installed a water heater. I thought that pricing was fair and the contractors left the job site very clean. They came out after Hurricane Irma and they did the service quickly which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend the company to anyone.

He was awsome, keep the site clean, I tried to hire other people but they didn't show up.

Nick with Plumbing Support, part of James Hafke, showed up almost an hour earlier than we were expecting. That was appreciated since we were without hot water for two days. He got right to work in removing my old (20+ yrs) unit. It was a fight to get it drained because of the age but they stuck with it. The new unit is taller so some adaptation had to be done with installation but Nick made it look easy. Also replaced an outdoor spigot that had been leaking for years. Problems were encountered and Nick gave me two options, simply replace hose bib to the pipe which didn't look right, or open the block wall to see the connections inside. Obviously the second was the way Nick wanted to go and I understood his concern and went with 2nd option. Good thing because as he suspected the original installation was not right, a disaster waiting to happen. Got that fixed in no time. The price Nick charged us for a new water heater and the outside job was more than fair, hundreds of dollars cheaper than others had quoted for the same exact heater. I have found my plumber!

He was very prompt and made an effort to get here before the hurricane hit.
