James is very conscientious and careful. He was on time and explained exactly what would happen. Very pleasant and easy to talk to.

James was most helpful in assisting me to understand what he was going to do and why. I believe he is devoted to providing first class service and value.

James arrived when he said he would (re-scheduled one day later due to weather). Due to some difficulties locating all existing pins, he made a separate trip out to do some additional work at the same quoted price. He spent a lot more time on the work than I'd expected to make sure the job was done right.

Mr. Overfelt was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and professional. He also had the best rate from the three vendors I selected. I will use him again for my next project.

I thought a surveyor would come to my property, locate previous markers, stake them and leave. I was surprised. Mr. Overfelt brought his equipment and did a fantastic job of surveying the property. Mr. Overfelt replied to my request immediately. Once I was ready to set a date, he was available within 2 days. He arrived on time, and was both professional and friendly. There is much more involved in surveying a property than I thought, I would definitely recommend his service to others.

He was very professional and friendly and answered all our questions, explaining what he was doing and why.

James was great; he went to work immediately after our introduction and completed the job timely. His charge was $50 more than two other quotes but he was able to get to us before the others and time was a factor. We had our flood elevation certificate as required to purchase flood insurance.

James did a good job for me. Located the boundaries of my lot as requested.

I needed to have my yard surveryed for a fence. Mr. Overfelt worked very hard to find the corners of my property. He had to use survery markers from a house down the street and then calculate back to my yard. He also put up several flags in addition to the markers so I would know where the property line was for installing the fence. He also took the time to explain to me what survery drawings are used for even though I decided to get only the certificate.

James did a great job and provided information needed to correct error in property lines.

James did a wonderful job as a professional land surveyor on the job the I hired him for. I would definitely hire him again if I need future land surveying needs. He was one time, was fairly priced, and did a great job!
