I honestly don't understand why he even took the time & expense to come to our home, look everything over, figure an estimate, set a day & time to do the repairs, then not show up. No calls, texts were answered nor did he try to contact me. Don't waste your time here. He's a big disappointment with big talk.

James did a great job re stretching & laying dried carpet that got wet from a prior flood. He did a beautiful job.

James called me promptly and we were able to schedule the service two days out. He brought all the materials and when we found an issue, he suggested alternatives. We ended up patching a piece of the carpet and the seams are invisible. He did a quality job and cleaned up the room after he was done. I was very happy with the work.
