He was very liked by the family and seemed more like a friend who was doing the work than a contractor. We are all on edge having strangers in our sanctury's and around our family. I asked the family how they felt about James, and they felt comfortable, that's important to me, good vibes. Getting the estimate was quick, and priced reasonably. To date, we give Onze Plumbing a five star rating: We ordered a gas hot water heat and indirect hot water system for our 11 room home. Mr. Onze had all the rooms in the house measured and decided that our old unit BTU's were much to high and he ordered one with less BTU's which concerned me. I was also concerened about the indirect hot water unit fearing we would run out of hot water, etc. Our installation down time was minimal due to a large crew and long hours they put in to get the job done in one day. I await my next gas bill, but the first saw about 1/4 reduction in use as compared to last year and our home is warmer because we do not lower the theromostates as we did before. Hot water is plentiful, on demand, on both floors, which made my wife very happy. Onze plumbing is new to us, but thus far we are very impressed and happy. Hopefully we shall not require emergency service at say 2AM, but if we do, then we shall see how the response system works. Like myself, Mr. Onze is a former military man and I expect he will answer the call of duty. Eric
