I hired Mr. Parker to repair a gutter on the front of my house that was pulling away. Once he started the job, we realized it was much bigger than initially anticipated as the fascia had rotted away and needed to be replaced as did the soffit. He also had to replace multiple gutters. A two day job turned into a week but he was here every day until dark, until the job was complete. The price was more than fair, and he did an excellent job. He kept me updated throughout the entire job. He is courteous, hard working , and keeps you informed every step of the way. I have since put his number in my phone and will call him first anytime I need a contractor in the future.

I worked with him and the issue recurred and he does not answer calls or text messages. I had to hire another roofer to fix my issue and was informed that James Parker sealed the leaks with Flexi seal and charged me $1100. I will need to have the entire job redone.

Mr. Parker quoted me 600.00 to repair my roof and to install a toilet and vanity. I made it clear that I would need before and after pictures of the roof. He did the before pictures. The vanity top was not connected to the vanity. He said that the clips were not included. I read the directions and it said the top should be placed on with silicone caulk. Upon leaving he wanted to be paid for the roof. However, I did not have the after pictures. So we engaged in a yelling match. Later he sent me the pictures. I attempted to call him but he did not answer and his mailbox was full. I texted him saying that I now do have the pictures and would pay him. asked what time he would be here so that I could purchase the caulk for the vanity top. Have not heard from him. Also he was yelling at his 2 helpers in a totally inappropriate and inhuman manner. Terrible.

Mr Parker gave us an honest assessment of what work needed to be done and did not over sell us. He was prompt, courteous, and did a great job. I let him know I will def contact him for any future work I need.

Mr. Parker was very knowledgeable about the issues that we were facing with our wind damaged roof. His estimate was affordable and in-line with what the insurance company had projected for the cost to fix our roof. Mr. Parker was able to get the work done the same day I met with him and removed all debris from the worksite when the job was complete. I have added him to my list of trusted contractors.
