James called me with in 30 minutes, gave me a fair price, and was at my house the next business day. He did a great job. He was professional, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend this company. I am very pleased in how clean he left my yard. I will be using James Platinum Services again.

James came out to the house and looked over the project and gave me the estimate right away. Both guys came within the time he said they would start and left the place better then they found it. I have already now talked to him about 2 more projects.

I hired them to remove wall to wall carpet, padding and a million staples. They showed up on time, did the work well and cleaned up before they left. Put a message out there needing some furniture removed and trashed. James responded instantly (5) total offers. Gave me the lowest price by far and was the only one who could accommodate my time frame on short notice. 2 sofas and 2 accent chairs gone in 10 minutes. Both James and his assistant were professional, engaging , friendly and quick to get the job done. Highly recommend his services!

James and his partner arrived at the expected time and began emptying my garage with my direction as to what should go, and what should stay. They were extremely proficient and along with their proficiency, compassionate and caring. They understood that the items in that garage were a mixture of tools and machinery, odd pieces of this and that, but pieces of my life and memories. 51 years of items being carried out of the home I shared with my late husband along with the memories of his having been the one who put them there. They were respectful of the property and left my garage and driveway very clean. They worked very hard and were both very polite young men. I certainly would recommend them to anyone in need of their services as they did a great job and were very reasonable. I asked for their business card for future reference.
