Jim was great! He came out in the dark to give us a temp fix so we could have hot water. The he came back and did a great job making sure EVERYTHING was done to a high standard and all in one day. It was a big job.

Jim did a great job. We called on a Wednesday to say yes to the quote and he was here on that Friday to do the job. When he did the job, he saw more things that needed to be taken care of to keep the house and family safe. He fixed those problems without ever changing his quote. He went and extra mile and for that we are very grateful. The man is honest and will not beat around the bush when he sees something that is not right. I would reccomend him to anyone who needs elecrtical work.

Jim was very pleasant, yet professional. He not only replaced the outside Exhaust Vent, but also took the time to remove the "huge" birds nest that was inside the vent area as well. I will certainly keep him in mind for future projects in my home. As a side note, one of the other contractors was not so pleasant. I had sent him an email back to let him know that I had hired another contractor, and requested that he stop calling me & emailing me, in a very polite manner. His response to me by email was this: no need to be ignorant, we were just following up. That kind of response was absolutely unnecessary, and quite unprofesssional.

Superior work, great guy. Had electric put on a pole outdoors for a new above ground pool. Went the extra mile to call several electrical inspectors to ensure that it was done right, even on the smallest detail. The electrical inspector told me pool inspections fail more than they pass.. he was here and gone in 5 mins, passed with flying colors.
