Demolition
James Property Preservation inspected and bided on the demo of house and haul off all debris. Contract signed On Oct 2, 2015 with half down and contractor has only showed up 4 times to work project, and has not spent no more than 4 hours if that on project. Today is Nov 13, 2015 and my burned home is still standing. Numerous phone calls and text have been made to correct this problem. They still have not shown up and his partner has stated he (James) has under bided the work. All I want is my $1500.00 back to find a more reliable company. Now, I'll more than likely have to take to court. What a nightmare....Thanks HomeAdvisor
