"As a Pest control company that ordinarily does not normally include weed pulling. At the customers suggestion we wanted to go above and beyond, but did not have lots of room on the Pest control truck for weeds and had some extra stops that day.. We did load half the weeds in the truck and politely asked the customer if it would be OK to leave some in the garbage can. We will take note next time for weed disposal. Hopefully with the treatment of weeds each month that shouldn't be a problem like the initial cleanup."

"At the time of sale and service the customer stated that they could use weed killer (round-up) in the gardens but had no way of killing the weeds in the lawn. I was not told or called to let me know there was a problem. I found out about it after the customer wrote my only bad review ,. So I took it upon myself to check on the lawn. The customer then complained of weeds in the garden, an area I was not originally hired to treat. This area I was told originally that they treat this area themselves with the round up. Due to this misunderstanding I treated the area at no charge to the customer."
