Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Repair

Purchased Molding and trim materials to be installed and gave direction on what i wanted in the finished project. Well One window that just needed the gaps left from removing a in window shelf was half done and never finished. Replaced another window stool out of the 6 i asked to be replaced although he charged me for the service but didnt complete the job. Doesn't show when he says he will and then makes excuses to then not get a courtesy call to reschedule or apologize for wasting your time. This is a money grab artist and i'm sure his 5 star ratings are inflated by friends or family. Dont waste your time on hiring cause you will end up having to have the work redone and cost more money than had you picked a different contractor.

Wood Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
The contractor estimated 2 days; it turned into 5 days. His unorthodox methods lead to a poor quality installation and his work will probably need to be redone. His trips to the store took 2.5 to 3.5 hours multiple times each day. He installed 5 new steps and one new stringer, but the steps creak like they are 50 years old. He made excuses for every discrepancy we pointed out, and none of them were of his workmanship. We will not be hiring him again, nor will we recommend him to others.
