James responded quickly when I requested an estimate, and after I chose his team they started work immediately within a few days. I have a two story log cabin with two story garage that is similar that I needed stained. Additionally I had a few logs that needed some attention because of rot. While James and his team were cleaning and spraying other areas of the house I was able to make the repairs without slowing them down. Additionally James explained the potential cause for the rot may have been associated with the steep roof slope and type of leaf guard I was using withy gutter. James also took care of that while he was here with no delays.

First I must say what a great customer experience. James / Townsley Roofing from the start of the project to end of the project kept us engaged, listened to our expectations and made suggestions based on his years of experience. I really thought I needed a new roof but James experience played a key role in our decision. He got off the roof after inspection and said, You have at least 8 more years of life in your roof. James suggested soft-washing the roof to remove the undesirable black marks. In addition, I asked if they could clean my driveway and sidewalks. While other roofing contractors said they could not help until the rain had passed, James Townsley stepped up to come out and take a look. James and his team reviewed the problem and went out of their way to fix the leak prior to the next down pour. They were on time, provided a fair and reasonable price, and did an excellent job at repairing my leak (sealed the vent ridges). A+
