We are new to the area and met James through our contractor. Even though our contractor walked away James continued to work with us , helped us and got his work done. He is not only a competent professional, he is very reliable, which is harder to find. He did both the rough and finish plumbing installation for our entire home renovation. Always showed up as promised and did an excellent job. As long as James is available I will not call another plumber.

We were also impressed by his willingness to accommodate our scheduling needs, coming out after 5:00 pm on a Friday afternoon. He left the area where he was working spotless. We also appreciated his knowledge of the permitting process.
