"This customer loved me, it's unfortunate that she forgot to put the Stars. But hey it's a great review and all of the ones that aren't, are proof that I'm busier than everyone else. I do 10 times as many jobs with good reviews with people that like me, I just don't ask them to go take the time to put in reviews, because the people that matter know my pride level of expertise and willingness to complete every job right. Last but not least prioritize the jobs, that's why most of these people are angry, they feel like they were more important."

(consumer name withheld per their request) is not telling the whole story,court date will be reset . floor not level toilet required leveling....to much for shims, mortar leveling is better than shims anyway and is what QUALIFIED plumbers do in Cali which is very strict codes so it clearly would be sufficient here. more efficient then shims. pipe at an angle is laughable because that has nothing to do with toilet sitting level...cabinet shes speaking of was in same shape as when we arrived, and the sump pumps were installed they just weren't sufficient and I admitted to her I was going to replace...shw could not wait when I got busy with emergency jobs hers was perfectly operational, she used for over a month before she was sold into spending more money unnecessarily by another "plumber"....If it needed replaced why was it working so great except for a venting issue that i was aware of and planned on fixing. didn't affect operation at all....It took at lot longer than expected to finish re pipe as crawl space was a pond, after pumped out still muddy< I spent 1 and a half weeks due to the mud and she says she lost??? I was trying to help her even though I knew it was going to be a nightmare because of the mud...Appreciation?"

"I had a week straight of emergency's...I was kind enough to send another company which clearly I didnt want or have too do. but I did and Bad reviews are something I have come to the conclusion I have to accept as I am always busy and I always prioritize emergency levels. And there will always be unrealistic and people with no ethics or understanding....God bless good luck"

"Your Job was a non emergency! I had flooding homes and eople with no water at all. to put a bad review is a little ridiculas. I would be morally wrong to put you ahead of the jobs I had... Thank You God Bless"

"Extremely condending customer, and clearly ignorant to the way plumbing works. What he says is completely false. You can't always remove and replace an element counting on vapor lock especially when you have kids and other people turning on the water in the house which was a continual problem on this job. I didn't up sale anything. I explained his softener was old and it wasn't working efficiently. Because it was not if he knew what he was talking about I wouldn't have had to go there . lol"
