Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
I hired Brian out of the blue on Craigslist. We couldn't have been more happier with the professionalism and expert work we were given. Pool is ready for summer.

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
Jameson Pool Services initially provided strong service, beginning in October despite the challenges posed by two storms with 3 weeks of service completed of a potential 4. However, their reliability declined significantly in November, with only two visits for the entire month despite a weekly service agreement. Additionally, I requested that my pool be serviced by a specific date for a photoshoot, and was assured that it would be done. Unfortunately, the date passed without any service being performed. With no follow up after the two last weeks of service being missed in November they sent an invoice timely on December 1st. It would be foolish of me to pay for service on December 1st when Jameson Pool Services is 5/8 on weekly pool services. Wouldn’t recommend them at all.

My usual pool service man, unfortunately called off on me during the weekend and I really needed my pool taken care of, I called jameson pool service and he was able to turn my green pool into a beautiful blue pool. My children were grateful to be able to swim this weekend! Thank you mr.jameson.

Swimming Pool Cleaning and Maintenance Service
kept delaying the start of the project, left my yard in a mess and did not show up for return appointments to add chemicals as he said he would ended up doing much of the work on my own very much not what I expected especially at the price that I paid, granted the pool was very green and neglected but not warrented the amount of work that I did including cleaning my filters and pump myself to move the job along
Response from Jameson Pools - Home Facebook
"Hi Fran, I am sorry you were not completely satisfied with our services. unfortunately, we cannot make every customer happy. We serviced your pool to the best of our ability and would have never done any of these things you mention. Your yard was left in the condition that it was when we started the job. We also returned as much as necessary to complete the job. We have kept your pool looking pristine and it's chemically balanced as we promised you. anything extra you're saying you did was not needed as it takes a couple of days to get the pool looking nice."
