this guy answered the phone on a Friday evening when workers staying as a favor in my cabin had clogged the sewer line with 10 rolls of toilet paper in 2 days. He offered to come the next day and I said for $100 more will you come tonight and he said Ok but tried to change it later. He did not check for backups into the house higher than cleanout in the basement knowing it overflowed into the house. As a result we were left with a fully clogged kitchen drain line. That drain line then leaked all over the basement because the water had nowhere to go when one ran the kitchen garbage disposal and put pressure on the accumulated water, so either it burst a joint in the drain line or a seal in the disposal itself. Horrible experience. he inexplicably claims the sink line is a different problem somehow unrelated to my entire house backing up with sewage into the drains higher than the clean out in the basement, and started leaking at the exact same time as the backup he came to address.
