If you are lucky enough to get Robert you've got it made.He is one sharp guy who really knows his stuff. If there is more than one way to accomplish your goal he will explain the options to you so you can make an informed decision.I have total confidence in Robert. I was called right away and an appointment was set up. The technician ran very late (4 hours), but I was kept up to date on when to expect him. He fixed the indoor problem and explained the outdoor problem, which we will fix at a later time. The cost was average for about an hour of time, but he seemed to know what he was doing. I will probably call them to do the outside repair when it comes time to do it.
