For services, all I care about is honesty, attention to detail, and a fair price. In this industry, it is hard to find any service provider who can provide one of these. I know, I have paid for multiple **free inspections** and almost been scammed by so many other HVAC **specialists** Luckily for me, I found one provider who did exhibit honesty, attention to detail, and fair pricing. In fact, I know this company is honest and willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy because they experienced the brunt of my initial skepticism, anger and frustration and they still offered to do the job, and they still gave me fair pricing. After speaking with 6-7 poor excuses of HVAC vendors, my wife finally called Jamison for an inspection. We were on the brink of insanity from all the lies and scams we were fed from prior professionals. Jamison missed the initial inspection time because of a miscommunication and misclassification of our issue. My wife and I went off on them like Chef Ramsay at dinner service but the company stayed on the phone and apologized. I was impressed with their fortitude. So we gave them a chance at redemption and boy, did they make up for it. Ryan came to our house the next evening. Unlike the other **specialists** who only looked at our outside unit, Ryan inspected the unit in the attic, ran some tests, tested other things, and generally used more equipment in the 90 minutes he was there than all of the prior vendors combined. He showed he cared and showed effort, it was like getting a glass of ice water in the hell of HVAC repair. We hired him. When Ryan said he would have his men come to our house to begin the project, I was concerned I would lose out on the skill and professionalism without Ryan there. I was proven wrong again. Alonso and the other gentleman were respectful, not just to us, but also of our house. They repaired the leak. Another problem occurred after they fixed the leak. I was more understanding this time as I knew they tried really hard. I called and left a voicemail for Ryan on his mobile the night before labor day. I figured he would call me middle of the week. NOPE, I am wrong again. Ryan called me the next morning on a holiday he was planning on taking off. He told me he was coming over and asked if I was home. I had not even brushed my teeth. Ryan came, tested everything again, found the problem, and had Alonso and two other gentleman come to fix the problem.....on a holiday. I had cool air on a hot holiday evening thanks to Ryan. So, even though there was a rough start and a hiccup, this company came through in the end and impressed me. If you are reading this review because you are on the fence about choosing this company, look no further and call Ryan. He is honest, knows what he is talking about, and will give you fair pricing. I wish there were more Ryans out there in other industries.

I had a unique problem. Max arrived on time and looked at my system. Because of a unique add-on I have, he was not able to replace the part, but he did locate it at an online seller for me to order. And, there was no charge for the service call. Great service from Max, I would definitely call again if I have an HVAC problem.

We had an issue with our heater so Jamison came out and inspected. We knew that our unit was old and would need to be replaced soon. When Ryan came by he checked things out and explained the cost to just repair but affirmed the imminent need for a new heater. We had him quote us on replacing our entire HVAC system including a new heater, new AC, new ducting, and moving the heater from the hallway into the attic. He was very polite and clear about the work and the costs. There was no hard sell, but the pros and cons for the various options were made clear. We thought the price was quite fair compared to other contractors we talked to, and we felt most comfortable with Ryan (and Jamison). Once we decided to replace everything and move the heating unit up into the attic, Ryan's process and communication were excellent. His workers were respectful of our house, and the work was completed in about a week. It's been about a year and half since the work and we've had no problems with the system. Will definitely contact Jamison again if we have any other HVAC needs.

Honest, really good price, professional, brings a team to get the job done in one day, very easy to talk with, explains all options well, added to my favorites list. I had to replace a 20 year old central air system and replace all the air venting in the attic due to asbestos. A crew of 8 guys plus the owner showed up on time and went right to work. An amazing amount of things needs to be done when removing and replacing an entire system; but each of the guys knew what they were to do and did their jobs very efficiently with no chatter or any goofing around. It was actually impressive that so many guys seemed to want to complete my job on time. While testing the system, the owner suggested that a small improvement would increase the air flow and came back the next day to install an extra source air vent at no charge. Very conscience and very high character. Obviously, I do recommend them.

Ryan claimed he repaired the leak in the outdoor condenser unit and I paid him. 2 weeks later, when the weather became hot, I turned on the AC for the first time since the alleged repair. No cold air. I called Ryan. A few days later, he returned, examined the unit, said there was still a leak but he had fixed it, that he was not going to do any more work, that he was not going to honor his warranty or refund the money I had paid him. He picked up his tools and walked out.

The company rep can out the same day that I called. I was given an upfront evaluation of the problem and a price to repair that same day. The work crew came the next day promptly at the time promised. All employees were courteous and professional, and left the work areas clean and orderly.

After hearing that I needed a whole new system from another local HVAC company I was frustrated that they didn't give me options until after I pressured them. I always explain to contractors up front that I have been in construction most of my life and I either don't have the time for the repair or I am lacking specific tools and/or specific expertise. When Ryan showed up he was cordial and professional, I explained my background and after looking at my system gave me options. I could tell immediately that he would take ownership of his work and Ryan along with his helper Leonardo, spent almost a full day repairing our system saving us thousands of dollars. He will be our go to guy for HVAC issues and I if anyone asks me if I know somebody, I'll say very proudly, yes I do and share his contact information. A
