Very unprofessional Gets a Nasty attitude when you question him, definitely does not know how to deal with his customers, and very disrespectful towards them. Never shows up as promises. Been dealing with this company and Joshua Jxxxxxx for almost 3 months. Hired him to do 2 jobs, never completed the 1st job and never started the 2nd. He requested the money up front. He has promised multiple times to come complete the 1st job and never does. Have asked multiple times for a refund on the 2nd job that was never started, all I get is excuses and lies. Joshua Jxxxxx is a thief, con man, a liar. If anyone doubts me please feel free to Google his name and his company - A1 Concrete and Tree Service. Beware! He has changed the name of his company several times! He has stolen from and cheated a lot of people! Instead of honestly working for a living, he preys upon innocent people, lying and stealing! He is a narcissist! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

A1 was so quick to answer my request for service and they were willing to negotiate a fair price with me. Not only that, but they did the job in less than an hour! I would absolutely hire them again for any needs that I have.

DO NOT HIRE! WORST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER! When we spoke to the company owner Mr. Jxxxxx he promised a service that he could not fulfill of making a 12x12 concrete pad. Not only did they not put rebar piping within the concrete which was not caught until later on but they shorted us 4 feet. The concrete was poured and did not cure. As well as talked about other peoples concrete work. Saying ?it was awful and he could do way better?. I had to hire someone else to come assess this job that wasn?t available at the time and they quoted ?the worst job ever seen?. The people that poured the concrete were not the ones that took the boards off and the owner Mr. Jxxxxx never came back out to assess his guys work. The crew cleaned off their tools using my water, left a mess on the side of my house afterwards. Then illegally dumped the extra concrete that was needed for the 4 feet they shorted us in the tree line. If matters are not worse we can not bolt anything to the concrete pad b/c it will collapse and crack as soon as we do. One of the corners alone will collapse if we put weight on it and they left a mess of concrete around the pad we have to clean up. Oh and there is more! I asked for a refund, the owner agreed to a refund and then refused to give it to me. Continue to say ?got ya? and the money never appeared in my account. Then bashed his own wife saying ?she is simple and I will receive my money in my account?. This company is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever seen. Talking to the concrete company that sells the concrete said that they knew they were unprofessional and he was not impressed with their business. I still have not received my refund for this job. He cons military personal out of their money and does not see any of his jobs through or keeps his word.

Josh and his crew were fantastic! I had to have a tree removed, three stumps ground and 7 major bushes removed. They made quick, efficient work of it, cleaned up the yard behind themselves and hauled away all the debris. Prices were the best of any I was quoted and Josh was friendly and easy to work with through the entire project. They even showed me how to shape up my remaining landscape! Could not have asked for a better experience and I will absolutely be calling them again for future work!

Unprofessional conduct, Giving false return dates to complete job. Not honoring his own contract. Threatening to take the entire 90 days to complete job. He was paid in full and was recommended to others and he did them the same way. I fulfilled my end of contract and paid him in full. He needs to honor his contract and do what he promised to do.

He must communicate with his customers and be a man of his word. We have a contract, I fulfilled my part, so he should fulfill his.

The A1 Customer Concrete & Tree Service team were professional and knowledgeable in removing a tree from my front lawn. Mr Jxxxxx and his team started the job on time and finished with impeccable explanation of what was to take place and respectful professionalism, to include grinding of the stump and removal of debris. Joshâ s guys came ready to work! Joshua came and we hashed out what I needed done immediately and then his guys started to work. 2 days it took for them to down the trees cut it up and haul it off. I would definitely hire them again when the time comes! Freddy one of Joshuaâ s Main tree cutting guys is amazing at what he does!

Fair price for tree removal. Multiple people used for customer service, not a deal breaker but can be confusing when it comes to payment and who you are talking to for what. Overall, the team is respectful and hard working. The team did what they said they would do and completed the job satisfactory. I recommend this crew for any tree removal jobs.

They did apologize for the unprofessional behavior and refunded the remaining deposit today.

This company removed my tree stumps and did the job in the same day for a great price. Did a nice clean up job definitely recommend using them again

Here it is April 5. This company only gave us $500 out of $1000 of our deposit back. We are still waiting for the rest of our deposit back hired them in February. They still was not able to get the services done we was still waiting up until the middle of March and still nothing which prolonged us and held everything up. Thank you to Amber and Matthew with another company who suggested we continue to get a hold of the company and post on Google as well as this was unacceptable and unprofessional. And like they said your refund should have not taken this long it takes up to 3 to 5 business days so we shouldnâ t be waiting this long or have to keep reaching for them to return the money that they received back in February. Then they asked us if we can delete our post because it can hurt their business, are you serious No we will not.
