We assist senior citizens. He was hired to do the kitchen floor, repair some appliances and do some outside work. There was a lot of communication back and forth about his trouble finding a new dishwasher. He's now stating that he underbid the job and is asking for more money. A large portion of what we paid him was to replace a dishwasher and he never did. Now he isn't answering his phone.

This company is a dreaded nightmare that I wouldn't wish on my worse enemy!!! Rating minus any number available.

On the day and time, they were supposed to be here, I had to contact them to ask if they were coming. Suppose to be here at 1 pm. I texted at 1:30. They had a family member die and were on the way to the funeral. They would not be here for another 3 to 4 hours. We were moving into a home and I hired them to do a deep clean. I had movers scheduled to come at 5. I had to cancel movers. J&M got here at 4:30 pm. I guess at 8 pm she decided she had cleaned enough and they stopped. I was told a deep clean would take between 2 and 5 hours. I am happy with the upstairs. I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathhouse. But the kitchen left something to be desired. The refrigerator was disgusting! I wanted to leave you a pic but it will not let me. I asked for a discount for them being late and me having to cancel movers. They gave me 75.00 off a 400.00 clean. No, I would not recommend it. I understand deaths happen unexpectedly but the professional thing to do is to contact your clients and let them know ASAP so they can make arrangements.
