Just Right HVAC LLC

FYI: Just Right Heating and Cooling. I no longer can recommend this company. I was once very happy with the service I received from Just Right Heating and Cooling. In July of 2021, they installed a heating and cooling unit it our house. We had annual check-ups for about 3 years with no problem. I, at that time was paying for a Comfort Rewards Program/Membership which was an additional cost. Then the company was taken over with new management. Our first check-up with the new company resulted in our needing to do very expensive upgrades. I could not understand why they were suggesting all this when they are the ones that installed it 3 years earlier. I did not choose to have the upgrades done as the system was working great. I quit the Comfort Rewards program. The next year I had the system checked using a coupon. I don?t remember if I had an issue that year. But this year, in June or July I called to set up an appointment using a coupon. They made an appointment for Aug

Their service used to be good now it is the worst. I just saved $1,500 by going with a different company that put in a highly rated system. I also cancelled my VIP service contract that I had for years. It was anything but VIP it was a total waste of money now. . Stay away there are much better companies out there

They do not respect your time I do not recommend it

James came out and did a tuneup on my furnaces. He was quick and professional and showed me all the pictures so I could make informed decisions going forward.

Gret service and very attentive to details!

Kind, professional, and patient service. Really appreciate how thorough our technician James G. was in explaining options and ongoing maintenance.

I am so excited to be able to share my incredible experience with Just Right. They far exceeded my expectations and were amazing! Jared, DK, and Gabe worked so hard and did a furnace and a/c replacement. I live in an older condo and things are tight. They brought everything up to code and even fixed a leak I didn't know I had. All were professional, kind and clearly take pride in their work. I highly recommend them and I will never use another company.
