The service, quality and price could not have been better. If you need sidewalk or other masonry work, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not get an estimate from Rafael. I particularly appreciated the personal consultation when decisions needed to be made about design. I cannot recommend Rafael highly enough. Before the work began, he said that he would not leave the job until I was 100% satisfied and that is exactly what happened. On top of everything else, he is a pleasure to deal with.

Rafael and his team did an excellent job. I had my driveway, sidewalk, and front porch replaced. They arrived on time each morning and worked diligently throughout each day to get the job done as expeditiously as possible. The dirt underneath my driveway is mostly clay and very wet. Rafael was worried that it would be too wet for the concrete to set properly. He dug it out and replaced it with a better type of dirt and then additional stone. The finished product looks great! Rafael and team provide attention to detail and will do a wonderful job for you. I will hire them again.

Working with Rafael on our project could not have been easier. From the first contact (within minutes of the Home Advisor notice), we were pleased. He is one of the hardest workers we have ever met. Very honest, hard working and expert craftsmanship for a very good price. Very fast response. I did not even get my Chromebook closed from the HomeAdvisor request and Rafael was calling my cell. Within 10 minutes he and his father were at my house looking at the job. I was in a time crunch, and they had the job completed in one day. It was a foundation pargeting project. I was amazed at the attention to detail. They did an awesome job. If I have any concrete related work, I will call Rafael.

J and A Services LLC was hired in May 2019 to replace my concrete front steps. Rafael did an excellent job. He saw right away that the original steps were not straight and did what was necessary to correct this problem. He and his assistant were prompt and hardworking. Rafael was meticulous to every detail to ensure that everything was perfect. Each day prior to leaving they left my home spotless even cleaning the dust from my storm door. Rafael did a wonderful job and I highly recommend him for your concrete needs and the bonus are his prices cannot be beat. If you are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, professional and hardworking not to mention pleasant then J and A Services LLC are the ones for you.

We love how the concrete patio turned out; it's amazing! We are happy with the excellent work Rafael and his colleague did for us. We will definitely recommend/hire him for future work.

Overall,Rafael did a wonderful job! In detail, I had a water leak through the base of my stone chimney and he was able to come by after hours to do the estimate and proposed several options to fix the “proposed” problem. (Since the problem was underground it was hard to tell exactly what needed to be repaired). Rafael offered a great price and arrived promptly at 630am to meet me before I left for work. He did the whole job by “hand” so that he wouldn’t ruin my yard with heavy machinery. I was very pleased! A week after the job was done the subsequent rain caused the soil to settle and crack. I sent Rafael a picture of the issues and he was back within a few days to fix the area free of charge! He does quality work and is always trying to do the best thing for his customer! I will be hiring Rafael again for future projects!!! Hire him! You will be pleased!

To say that Rafael is a perfectionist is an understatement. He provides nothing less than exacting attention to detail and his finished project could not have made us happier. Rafael's very creative solution addressed an acute erosion problem on our property; then he and his crew worked tirelessly to implement his design and to construct an attractive, exceptionally efficient walkway. LOVE IT!! Rafael is a reliable and hardworking. He did an outstanding job expanding my patio (which was the original job), installing railings for my front steps, making a concrete ramp for my shed, lifting my deck steps which were sinking, and making my gravel walkway. Rafael takes pride in his work and it definitely shows. My neighbors are impressed with Rafael's work, also and have even spoken to him about doing some work for them. I have already referred him to friends and family.
