    The man did a great job fixed 2 small leaky pipes - one had a pin hole only - At my home between 20 and 35 minutes tops. Cost was approximately $1,000 dollars per hour - will never ever have them again - 1+ years later still great job but could of let the water run up until today and still would not be that hefty of an expense

    We hired J&A for an A/C plus duct work installation in our 95 year old house. It came out great. They installed the unit in our attic with minimal aesthetic changes to the inside and outside of the house. They were thorough and helped us to understand what was happening every step of the way. Very clean throughout the project too. They also helped us with some additional electrical work as well. Weâ ll continue to use them for servicing our heating/cooling/electrical. We would very much recommend them.

    J&A does not stand behind its products or work. Had a hot water heater installed from them and 9 months later stopped working. Called for service under our service agreement and they told me someone would contact me the next day to set an appointment. Guess washing hands and bodies is not important to them. Crapp service from them.

    I lost power to about 1/4 of my house. The J and A electrician was very courteous and personable. He spends about 90 minutes troubleshooting and was unable to diagnose or resolve the problem. He informed me that he did not know what the cause was and suggested I get a 2nd opinion. He then charged me $135. I called the 2nd company from the east side of Pittsburgh and he had it fixed in 30 minutes and charged me $120.

    I would give J&A South Park a superior rating. John Gallagher in the sales department explained all the options for a new furnace and air conditioner helping me to decide which of the models were best suited for my needs. Jesse and Shane ,my installers, were punctual, polite, and extremely professional. All the operational information was explained. Clean up was excellent. I will definitely use this company in the future and recommend it to all my friends.

    Fantastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Jake explained everything he needed to do to fix the ac unit. He went above and beyond even checking my filter. He even made sure to put booties over his boots when entering my house so he did not track any dirt in. Honest and competitively priced.
