DP Plumbing is a team that turns their passion of plumbing technology into an art form. Carlos and Joey, along with their Team Member Families', are VERY Polite, well mannered, and they explained every step, from cause to outcome, of every process in the plumbing underneath, above, and outside of my home. They do their business from the mind and heart (which is very rare) and are really, really down-to-earth. So, don't judge a book by its cover, let the book be read before you judge it. Joey was very responsive. Came exactly when he said he would. Talked with him around 7pm Tues evening March 6th, he was at my residence at 9:00 am Wed. Morning. Very professional, easy to deal with. Fair pricing. Highly recommend!

DP Plumbing owner Joey was very polite. But on the day that they were under our house looking to see what was needed to be fixed my husband and myself heard very loud banging under our home. It was a Saturday. My husband generally works mon-fri. We both were doing our own chores around the house and neither of us mentioned it as it was happening. I assumed, " hey they are the professionals, they know what they are doing". Later my husband did bring up the banging to me and he said that it was odd that they would need to bang anything so hard just to give us an estimate. This banging was very loud and went on for more than say, three bangs. I also have 3 dogs who bark at any unusual sounds or bangs. Yes, they were barking. Monday my husband was a work.Joey told me that they had found that my sewer line attached to a half bath we have was leaking, showing me pictures with a trail of water coming from it. Now if this was a leak, wouldn't I have smelled sewage? Or wouldn't there have been wet ground outside of the wall this bath was next to? It was dry as a bone and we had not smelled any sewage. As well, these pictures they insisted on showing me could have been from under anyones home. So now I have to pay to fix something that they created. All the while Joey went on and on about how honest he is. Our original problem was a broken water pipe that we had had capped off a few months earlier by another plumber. We had lost cold water to our laundry room. That was all we needed fixed. If you could see our request through Home Advisor you will see I clearly stated just that. Joey said he didn't read that part. He quoted us $2000 to do this fix. I found estimates later on for in the high range the cost would have been $800. After quoting us a much higher amount he so generously discounted it and then giving a bigger discount if we paid cash. I did give him $500 towards the $2000 of which he had not even started that particular job. ( broken pipe,no cold water in laundry room). Tuesday morning the sewer job started and finished and I confronted him about the banging on the "estimate day" (saturday) and he lost it. He was adamant that we had heard banging on Monday when they were working. He insisted that he would never bang on anything just to do an estimate. BUT my husband was at work on Monday, all day. He couldn't have heard any banging from 3 miles away. I had called 2 independent and separate plumbing companies to see if loud and long banging is ever necessary in giving and estimate or if a home had a sewer leak would leave no odor or any sign it was leaking and they said no. It is sewage, so of course there is going to be odor, damp ground anywhere near that bathroom outside. And it is never needed to bang and bang and bang very hard just to look around under a home to see how the pipes conditions are. I noticed that this company has a lot of good reviews so my guess is that his BS skills are really good. He comes off so polite and cool

Very personable and completed the project at a very reasonable rate and time.

Never showed up, wasted my whole day waiting for them, will not respond to my messages, I will not trust them with any project and will not recommend them to anyone else, extremely disappointed with Home Advisor that this company is even in their list, shame on you!

Prompt service, Very courteous and they came out immediately. He explained everything to me quite well. By no fault of his own just took a little longer. He came back to do some finishing touches and helping me out a bit more. I would definitely recommend him and his company

They worked diligently till the problem was solved. They just didn't have all the equipment the first time.
