These young men were so professional and personable. They were honest and actually told us on several areas that we were just using the wrong type of light bulb, instead of charging us. I would highly recommend J & C, but please wait because I have more work for them to do and I want first dibs. 😀

Installed new pole and provided upgraded service at my Waverly, Ks farm. Extremely helpful, made recommendations for service enhancements, worked the entire project over the phone with me. I considered regular communications very important and Kurt communicated regularly until the job was done. And it was done well!

I appreciated that the owner got back to me quickly with an appointment when I called on a Friday afternoon. His employees arrived early Tuesday morning and installed two bathroom fixtures and three ceiling fans. While there we asked about a switch and an outlet. They worked quickly and quietly. The employees stayed focused on their job with little distraction. I appreciated their politeness and attention to detail. They listened to my concerns and resolved them. I have not received the bill yet. I recommended the company to my sister-in-law.
